30th anniversary of the kobarid museum

The Kobarid Museum cordially invites you to the events to honour 30th anniversary of the museum. In cooperation with Foundation Walk of Peace, which celebrates 20th anniversary, we invite you to Solemn academy to honour 30th anniversary of The Kobarid Museum and 20th anniversary of Foundation Walk of Peace which will be on Friday 23 October 2020 at 11:00 in Cultural house of Kobarid (Only for invited guests!). Keynote speaker at the event is Prime Minister of Republic of Slovenia Janez Janša.

On Saturday 24 October 2020 at 15:00 we invite you to the Day of The Kobarid Museum. Keynote speaker at the event is director of Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia Jernej Hudolin. We will inaugurate new temporary exhibition 29 months of battles along the Soča River. Author of the exhibition is museums’ curator Jaka Fili. Mixed choir Planinska roža Kobarid will perform at the event.
